When you attend ISTE Live, you’re not just going to a conference. You’re opening the door to discovering your next idea, inspiration, collaboration, favorite tech tool and adventure! With nearly 1,000 sessions presented by global experts, you’ll get practical strategies you can implement right away. And you’ll have the opportunity to connect with our passionate global community of educators.

 

ECMECC believes the ISTE (International Society of Technology in Education) Conference is an invaluable professional development opportunity. Each year ECMECC offers an ISTE travel scholarship which covers the costs of transportation and lodging for individuals who are selected to attend with the ECMECC cohort. All staff of an ECMECC district are eligible to apply. Each recipient, and/or their district, are required to cover the costs of the Conference Registration (approx. $525) and ISTE membership (approx. $85). Membership is required to attend the conference.

The following are requirements of the application:

• Completed Google Form Application submitted by Jan. 5, 2024.

• Upload a "Letter of Support" to this Google Form from your district supervisor indicating they are aware and supportive of your participation and the associated costs.

• Record a short Flip Video highlighting how you have used technology to improve your practice in an educational setting. 

• If selected, you will be required to present a session at the Lake ECMECC Conference in Princeton on August 6, 2024.
